Sneaker Consignment Store: Tokyo

Venture down into the Shibuya and Shinjuku prefectures of Tokyo, Japan and you're sure to stumble upon some of the coolest boutique fashion stores in the country.

Some are easy to locate whilst others are like they should be. No signs, no directions just local knowledge required.

Take for example this sneaker consignment store we stumbled upon earlier this year when exploring the inner streets and lanes of the Shibuya prefecture. Walk down a narrow staircase and into an underground showroom where you'll find shelfs packed to the brim with a large selection of retro and original Nike's and Air Jordan's.

However the range doesn't stop there. Other brands include New Balance, Adidas and Reebok. Check out some of the mind blowing highlights below...

Original Air Jordan III black/cement grey and Original Air Jordan V black/metallic silver

Incase you were wondering, $41,790 yen for a pair of Original Air Jordan V in black/metallic silver works out to about AUS $500!

Limited Edition Lebron's and Original Air Jordan I (banned) black/red

The one and only Air Yeezy's, yep both colours...
Think AUS $500 is a bit rich for a pair of Jordan's? What about AUS $1000 for the grey pair of Kayne West inspired Air Yeezy's?!

Nike Dunks, Dunks and more Dunks... Check out the Limited Edition Heineken's and Pigeon's

Yep, more Jordan's. Laser Air Jordan IV white/red/black, 1994 Air Jordan V black/metallic silver, Air Jordan I black/blue, Air Jordan I (banned) black/red

Air Jordan XX (stealth) black/black, Air Jordan XII white/red, Air Jordan XII black/red and Air Jordan Spizike white/red/green

Air Jordan V white/red/black, Air Jordan VI (oreo) white/black and Air Jordan VI
Cashed up sneaker head? WIN, Curious tourist? Window shopping...
